I was referred to Grant by Vince @ Rite Way Automotive. Issue - Rear sliding window on my Ram 1500 was stuck open. Grant came out to the house quickly & after some initial troubleshooting, determined that it was a faulty switch (whew!) He explained the steps needed to get the correct part ordered and wrapped up. When asked what I owed him for his time, his reply was “Don’t worry about it. I’m just glad I didn’t have to get in there and replace that back window”. Needless to say, I’m back on the road and the replacement switch is on order. Thanks Grant ~you’re a rockstar! You’ve got a customer for life!
